Organize tools and outdoor gear with suitable tie-downs, compatible anchor straps and a dedicated carry bag.
1. Plan what needs to be carried
Group tools and accessories before packing. Keep loose attachments in a suitable bag or case so they are easy to find when you arrive. Separate sharp cutting parts and follow their storage instructions.
2. Choose the right restraint
Review the stated working limits, hooks and attachment points for the load. A retractable tie-down, an anchor strap and an adjustable accessory cord serve different purposes; do not treat them as interchangeable load restraints.
3. Inspect and secure the equipment
Check the webbing, hooks and adjustment mechanism before use. Follow the product instructions to attach and tension the restraint, then check that the equipment cannot shift. Stop using damaged components.
4. Pack away after the trip
Clean and dry restraints as directed before retracting or coiling them. Store compatible straps together and keep small fittings in your tool bag. Follow the applicable transport rules whenever carrying a load.
